1. Terms & Conditions

Agreement for Repair
  • Our repair service may void the manufacturer's warranty. We recommend checking with the manufacturer before proceeding.
  • We make every effort to complete repairs quickly, but some repairs (such as board-level repairs) may take up to 5 working days.
  • We require your device's passcode to fully test the functionality before and after repair. If you prefer not to provide this, it may delay the repair process.
  • Repairs that require special parts must be paid in advance.
Liability
  • We are not liable for any further damage discovered during repair due to existing liquid or accidental damage.
  • Data loss during repair is not our responsibility; we recommend backing up your device before repair.
  • If your device cannot be repaired, we will return it to you unrepaired and may charge a diagnostic fee.
Refurbished Devices
  • Refurbished devices come with a 12-month warranty, and you are entitled to a 30-day return period if you are unsatisfied.
  • If a device fault occurs within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

2. Warranty Policy

At UnyFix.com, we provide different types of warranty depending on the type of repair or product. Our warranties cover parts against failure but not liquid or accidental damage.

Warranty Periods:
  • Screen repairs: Lifetime warranty.
  • Smaller parts: 12 months warranty.
  • Battery repairs: 12 months warranty.
  • Liquid damage: 3 months warranty.
What is Covered:
  • Inherent defects with the parts installed are covered under our warranty.
What is Not Covered:
  • Accidental and liquid damage.
  • Issues unrelated to the original fault.
How to Claim:

If you experience a fault covered under warranty, return your device to any of our locations for assistance.

3. Return Policy

At UnyFix.com, we strive to provide customer satisfaction. Our 30-day return policy allows you to return products or request service adjustments within 30 days of purchase or service completion, subject to the conditions below.

Products Return Policy

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt, provided:

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is provided.
  • The product hasn't been damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Refund Options:
  • After inspection, we'll notify you if the refund is approved.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Alternatively, you can choose a replacement product or store credit.
Non-Returnable Items:
  • Personalised or customised items.
  • Used products or items showing signs of wear.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
Services Return/Adjustment Policy

If you're not satisfied with the service provided, you can request adjustments or a refund within 30 days, under these conditions:

  • The issue must be related to the original repair performed by UnyFix.com.
  • Additional faults or issues not related to the original service will incur new charges.
Refund Conditions:
  • If the problem persists after two repair attempts, you may request a full or partial refund.
  • No refund is given for user-caused damage or issues unrelated to the original repair.
